Netflix’s Resident Evil adaptation won’t be set in Raccoon City, apparently - hardenbace1941
It seems that Netflix's Resident Evil serial publication is happening, but it South Korean won't be happening in Raccoon City, based connected a leak from the moving service's media centre (via Nintendo Life).
The description has since been whisked away from the website, but the Resident physician Evil Wiki account snapped a screenshot of the specifics. "The town of Clearfield, MD has womb-to-tomb stood in the shadow of three seemingly misrelated behemoths—the Umbrella Corporation, the decommissioned Greenwood Sanctuary, and Capital, D.C.," read the ledger entry. "Today, twenty-six geezerhood later the find of the T-Virus, secrets held by the three will pop out to be revealed at the first signs of outbreak." Some may be saddened that they won't see Raccoon City on the small screen, but it does offer an opportunity to secern an entirely-new story. Neither Clearfield nor Greenwood Asylum appear in the Resident Evil canon, and the Eight episode series will represent "blow up[ing] the Resident Evil universe and deepen[ing] the existing mythology."
House physician Evil 3 Make over will be released on April 3 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
